Common challenges in primary care: cancer genetics for GPs

Common challenges in primary care: cancer genetics for GPs

A joint initiative between Metro North Hospital and Health Service and Brisbane North PHN

This is the second of two education evenings exploring common problems seen in general practice involving genetics. Genetics and genomics is a rapidly expanding field and it is important that General Practitioners are aware of new developments so that they may identify suitable patients for referral and understand how to supply suitable advice if a referral is not necessary. There will be opportunities to network with a local clinical geneticist and to ask specific or case related questions so bring these questions with you to the meeting.
