Process for appointing the NPAQ as a bargaining agent in the upcoming:
Step 1: Sign the below letter and accompanying appointment of agent F33 which will be sent to the DG on your behalf.
Step 2: Instruct us as to the changes you'd like us to advocate for in EB11.
We commit to providing all nurses with a voice. We bargain on behalf of both the individual (you) and the collective (NPAQ members). This means that your ideas that previously may not have made the cut, will be put forward at the negotiating table.
We'd also like to let you know that your Treasurer and fierce advocate, Marg Gilbert has elected to be the first member to contact the DG and appoint the NPAQ in writing.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts and keeping you well informed of our progress.
Yours, Team NPAQ.
