Hosted by Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) is consulting on National Safety and Quality Primary Health Care Standards and invites the primary health care sector to participate.
Your involvement is essential to develop standards that are of value to your sector, focus on safety and quality outcomes and are patient-centred.
These informal and interactive workshops will run for two hours with catering provided.
Participants will be asked to discuss the safety and quality issues for patients in primary health care, and what needs to be in place to provide safe and high quality care.
We are holding this workshop across three dates in the region:
- Wednesday 10 July 2019 12 - 2pm 10 Endeavour Blvd, North Lakes
- Wednesday 10 July 2019 6 - 8pm Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital Education Centre
- Thursday 11 July 2019 12 - 2pm Level 4, 543 Lutwyche Rd, Lutwyche
Who should attend?
Anyone involved in the delivery of primary health care services including, but not limited to primary health care providers, practice managers, policy makers and relevant health service organisations.
If you are unavailable to attend this date, three online workshops are also scheduled for 29 & 30 July at 12pm and 31 July at 6pm AEST time. Participation in a videoconferencing workshop requires access to a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
